February catch up

Dallas decided we needed to get out of the cold weather and the kids need practice on their dirtbikes. We loaded up the truck and somehow fit 4 bikes, 2 dirt bike bags, luggage, a pack and play, and three car seats! It was so nice to get out of the inversion and go play. We got to St. George Friday night so we pretty much just went to bed and then woke up Saturday and headed to the the track. At first both kids were pretty scared and timid. It's been awhile since they have ridden. Cohen warmed up to it pretty quick and Kenz took a minute longer. At first she just rode around in a big oval. After awhile we took her on the track and she did awesome. There were two other little boys that were probably older than her and they kept crashing on the track. The only time Kenz fell over was when she stops she can barely touch the ground so sometimes the bike will fall over. She seriously did so good. I think she is ready to race dirt bikes in April! Can't wait! Sadly I didn't get any pictures of Dallas and Cohen on the big trip. My camera died and I was using my phone, then it was a little harder having Brinley to take pictures. They had fun too. Dallas' borrowed his friends pit bike so that he could ride right next to Cohen. They had so much fun riding with eachother!

Brinley was amazing she either slept or hung out in her pack and play!
After the track we decided to go hiking and we took the kids to the crack again. Since I was unable to do the crack last time due to being pregnant, I was excited to go this time! Dallas hung out with Brin and met us at the top while me and the kids did it twice!

 Love these goofballs!

Can you find us down there?

We had a great time in St. George and can't wait to go back to practice some more!
One night we had Kenzley's little boyfriend Camden's birthday party at Classic skating, as always classic was fun! The kids got to do arcades which we never let them do, and then the jump houses, play ground and skating!
We gave Brinley some ice cream and boy did she love it! She couldn't get enough of it!
I had to document this because Kenzley got out her dolls and played with them! Big deal for my little tom boy!
Brinley and Josie playing with each other!
After a few practices we decided to race. I wasn't sure if the kids were ready but they proved me wrong.  Kenz her first race took third, her second race she took first! Then her last one was with a bunch of kids and I think she took 5th. She also did the Big Wheels class and received two trophies!
Cohen did great took, He took 2nd, and 4th.
Kenzley was trying so hard to get this mascots attention and with her being so small he couldn't see her. She was stand there patiently tugging at his arm or patting his let. Finally Dallas went over and got the guys attention so she could get her picture taken with him. She was so excited!
 Ready, Set, Go
 The kids and their trophies!

Thanks to Grandmas for coming to support them. Also Thanks to Stacey, Mike, Oakley and Chloe for coming!

 All Tuckered out!

I have been wanting to go and check out the new Provo Rec center with the indoor pool. We finally went and Kenzley loved it. It's a really nice swimming pool with a play area inside with slides. Brinley I think liked it, She never cried. We will definitely need to go more often!
Kenzley going to preschool and Mowgli came out to greet her! He is such a good dog!
Dallas one night got a wild hair and in the middle of the night being suped up on red bull he decided to buy Super Cross tickets in San Diego for that weekend. When we woke up he asked if I wanted to go and I said sure and he said good because I bought the tickets last night. I love when he plans impromptu trips! We told Cohen we had a surprise for him so he needed to be good all week long. Of course the day before both my girls started coughing and we were planning on leaving them with Dallas' mom for the weekend. I started having mommy guilt and felt so selfish to leave my two sick girls, one being a baby who still waked up twice a night to eat for me to leave and go have fun. However on the other hand I never leave Brinley, so it would be nice to have a break! I struggled with it for a few days but decided I wanted to go and I would regret and be mad if I didn't. We took the girls to Jaymies Friday morning and I was having so much anxiety. I of course started crying once we left. Afterward me and Dallas showed up at Cohen's school, called him down to the office to check him out and we handed him a ticket to Super Cross. He was excited. We got in the car with our friends Jono and Jaris and we headed straight to San Diego. I always forget what a long drive it is. It was fun to hang out with everyone though. Luckily Jono had some family in San Diego that we were able to spend the night at. We got there and visited for awhile and then the boys sat in the hot tub and me and Cohen went to bed.

Jono's family had some pets. They had two dogs and a bird. Kenz would have been so jealous to see this dog. Lately she has been obsessed with the movie Marly and Me. It's a movie about a family and their dog. We literally watch it a couple of times a day. This dog looked just like Marly though.

The next morning we went to Kono's a breakfast place on the beach it was delicious!

We saw some seals and watched them for a little bit. Again Kenzley would have been so jealous!

Then they wanted to see this flow rider wave. So we checked that out and shopped around.
Next we found a place with Gelato? I thought it tasted just like ice cream almost. Cohen Loved it!
Then we headed to Super Cross watched them practice and hung out in the pits.

Cohen was able to meet Ryan Dungey and get his autograph.
He was also able to meet his favorite rider Ken Roczen and get his autograph. Cohen loves Roczen and has the same number for his dirt bike 94
We didn't get in line fast enough to get James Stewarts autograph but there he is.
And we missed Chad Reeds but there is his bike.

We had a great time at the races. Dallas' guy James Stewart took 1st place, my guy Ryan Villapoto took 2nd and Cohen's guy Ken Roczen took 3rd. Sadley Chad Reed who was in 4th place wrecked the last lap. It was so sad because he was in 3rd place for the overall points. He wrecked pretty good so it will be interesting to see if he is out for the season.  I am so glad I went, it was seriously such a nice break. The weather was amazing, the company was awesome. It was fun to spend time alone with Cohen since it's been 4 years since we have. And it was nice to sleep through the night and not have to change one diaper! As soon as the race was over we got out of the stadium a lot earlier than we though so instead of going back to Jono's families we decided to start the drive and head straight for Vegas. I'm glad we did because it was nice to cut the drive in half. Even though we didn't get to Vegas till 2:30 in the morning and we were all tired. It was awesome. We stayed at our favorite hotel the Tuscany, Dallas and Jaris the crazy men they are went and played at the tables for a little bit then came to bed. We slept for a couple hours woke up and back on the road again.

I had such a great time with all the boys but I am definitely glad to be back with my girls. Thanks to Jaymie, Oakley and Chloe for watching them! I hope they were ok for you!
Kenzley was worn out from all the fun she had! And I am glad to be back with this baby girl!
I absolutely love watching these two bond and spend time together. There is nothing better than a dad and his little girl!

I guess boy toys are just too fun. Brinley loves playing with them!
