Carrie Underwood Concert

So I hate to admit this, but last night I finally went to my very first concert, and boy was it amazing! For our anniversary this year we decided to celebrate it a couple weeks early and go to this concert and I'm so glad because I can't say enough good things about Carrie. We think she has the most amazing voice ever, and we love how grateful and thankful she is for where she is in her life. Not many celebrities these days are very humble, and I think she is! So I just had to let everyone know that at age almost 24 I finally went to my first concert. So thank you so much Dallas I had the time of my life. Oh and may I add that it was nice to go on a date with dallas because when Cohen is not there we get to be more "together" if that makes sense. Instead of one of us always having to go off and chase Cohen somewhere or carrying him everywhere. It was just nice to have someone open all the doors for me and hold my hand and give me hugs and kisses. So thank you very very much and love you lots!

Family Pictures

So for my mom's christmas present my family decided to get a family picture taken, because my mom just loves family pictures. So we all got together and went up to I think the Lagoon pathway in Farmington and we got our pictures done. The photographer was amazing and I thought she did a great job. Cohen just loved running up and down the pathway, he was just so happy to be almost running free. But we had a great time getting together to get our pictures taken!

Fun times

So I had to post these pictures even though this happened like a month ago but I thought they were just too cute. Our friend Melanie was pregnant and about to pop any day so we told her and her husband Ernie that we should go fourwheeling and try and get that baby out because that is what worked for us. So we took our fourwheelers up the canyon and it was so fun because it was Cohen's first time and boy did he love it. Whenever we would stop he had to put both his hand on the handles and he would try and twist the handle just like daddy did it was so precious. On the way down from the ride Cohen fell asleep which is amazing because our fourwheeler is so loud. But he was just sleeping like a baby right between us it was so cute. Oh and also 4 days later Ernie and Melanie had their sweet little boy who is just adorable. I went and saw him and boy did that make me baby hungry! I wish I had a picture of them to show you how cute they are!

Garage Makeover

So I just have to take a moment and brag about my talented husband! He decided to give his favorite room of the house a makeover which would be his garage. So we borrowed a trailer from Devin Blakey (Thanks Devin) to store all of our stuff (which is alot of who knows what in the garage) so that Dal can redo the garage. Cohen loved helping us load everything in the trailer he just kept running up and down and in and out. So funny. Then Dallas began to do the floor which took a week and once that was done he thought the walls looked like crap so now he is painting the garage as well. And before all this he hung some cabinets up. I just want to say how funny he is. Once he gets something in his mind there is no stopping him. But I must say the garage does look dang good! So of course I just had to show off his talent because he is amazing! I am so thankful that I have a husband who can do all the things he does. Hopefully someday he can accomplish his dream and build our own house! Thanks for all you Dal love ya!

So I have finally decided to upgrade from the baby website since Cohen is no longer a baby now to blogging. So you might have to bear with me until I fully understand this whole blogging thing cause right now it's midnight and I have been so frustrated with it but want to figure it out before I head to bed.

I will start with our Halloween. I was so excited to pass out candy to all the kids in our neighborhood and to see our kids in nursery, however last year we didn't have a very good turn out of trick or treaters but I was really hoping that this year would be better. Yet again there were no trick or treaters in fact it was probably less then last year. Everyone goes on the outskirts of our neighborhood and doesn't come into the middle where we are. So I was pretty bummed to say the least. But Cohen definitely made up for it. We dressed him up as a turtle and he loved his costume he didn't even try to take it off. We took him trick of treating to a couple of our neighbors and he was so cute, when he walked his shell just kinda wiggled with him. So cute. We would walk up to the doors and he would knock and the people would answer the door and he would always try to just walk right in, and then he would hold up his little pumpkin and they would give him candy, then he would take it out and hand it back to them, it was so funny or he would put it back in the bowl. We kept having to tell him that the candy was for him. Boy did he love the candy, this is the first time he has ever really ate candy and when he came home from trick or treating, he just spun in circles. I was tihnking oh man he is probably on a sugar high. But it was so fun to watch him figure out the process of trick of treating.
