1st Days of Schools and Award Ceremony

Well the day has come it was Cohen's first day of Kindergarten and I haven't been that excited for it and have almost been dreading this day. I cannot believe that I have a child in Kindergarten and in the big kid school. Life will never be the same I have entered a whole new phase of life. Waking up early, picking and dropping kids of at school, homework, projects, grades, programs and the list goes on. Hopefully I can handle all these new responsibilities! Cohen has been super excited and is totally ready to go to Kindergarten. He doesn't care at all about going by himself. He knows all his letters and is starting to read and can add a little bit. I cannot believe how big he is getting!

Me and my kindergartner I sure do love him!
 Dallas and Cohen
Kenz was not happy about Cohen going to Kindergarten!

Riding their bikes to school. And I love how the whole neighborhood is going to it makes it that much more fun!

Of course Cohen has to do tricks he has both his legs on one side!
The pinterest picture I need to add the favorite things he likes on it and edit it!
Putting his bike on the bike rack
One of the neighbor girls loves Kenzley so when she saw her she ran up and picked her up to give her a hug!
Cohen and one of his best friends Jaxon all ready for their first day! They have gone to two years of preschool and now are in the same kindergarten class. Hopefully they don't give their teacher too much trouble!
Brother and Sister!
I wish I could have gotten pictures of me and Dallas hugging Cohen goodbye but I was too caught up in the moment and then off he was into his class. I started to cry but then I realized there goes Kenzley with him and she is suppose to come home with us. So I had to go in there and pick her up crying because she honestly thought she was going to school with Cohen. Silly girl! She loves to do everything Cohen does and will miss him so much. However once we brought her home she went straight into his room and brought all of his toys out so maybe she liked that he was gone so that she could play with his toys without him getting mad at her. I am trying to put some more girlie tv shows on like strawberry shortcake, my pretty ponies and care bears, hopefully without Cohen around so much I can get her a little bit more girilie but I might not stand a chance she didn't really like the shows and all she wanted to do was play with Cohen's toys! Silly Kenz!
Kenzley was not a happy camper when she realized she didn't get to go to school with Cohen. Good thing she has joyschool the next day!
Another pinterest picture that hopefully I will get around to.
After Kindergarten, Jaxon's mom invited us to go have lunch at Chuck e Cheeses and play so we were able to take her up on the offer and they had a blast. Here are pictures of them having fun celebrating the big day.

The second day of school I had to take my camera again because we were a little late the first day so I didn't get to get some pictures in the classroom so of course I brought my camera again to get them. Here Cohen is taking his homework folder out of his backpack and putting it away.
Now he is hanging up his backpack.
 Sitting on the rug
Kenzley giving Cohen a hug goodbye!
Now off to Kenzley's first day of Joyschool. She was so excited. Here are her and Jaxon's little brother Camden. Man I love these kids and am so glad our families have fun together! Besides Camden and Kenz make the cutest little couple!

They found a cat on the way to school and had to play with him for a minute.

 So cute!
Kenzley came home with her animal mask and was so excited about her first day of school!
That same night after making my very first batch of raspberry jam which was delicious by the way, Cohen had his awards ceremony for his dirtbike races. Everyone got to ride on the track three different times and they also offered a barbeque for us and then they present the awards. It turned out to be a lot of fun! And the best part yet Dallas was able to ride on Kenzies bike to ride with Cohen and I think it helped him go a ton faster. That is the fastest I have ever seen Cohen go on the track he even got some air on a couple of the jumps! I couldn't tell who was having more fun Dallas or Cohen racing with eachother! However it definitely was one of the cutest things to watch Dallas out there racing with him. No other dads would go out and race with their 5 year old! Cohen is so lucky to have one of the best dad's ever!

Kenzley was pretty jealous of not being able to ride her dirtbike out on the track with them so Dallas had to take her for a little ride in the parking lot.

Cohen placed 2nd in the points for the series in his class! We are so proud of him for racing this year he only wrecked a couple of times, none bad and he loved it! That's the most important. He was also the youngest out there so we couldn't be more proud. And for him to come home with a 2nd place trophy which is almost as big as him. The 1st place trophy was his size. While he was holding it up people were commenting in the audience how little he was and how he even took 2nd. They were also yelling to the kids to lift their trophies higher so we could see their faces and when Cohen tried he almost fell backwards. Everyone was laughing what a cute kid!
 Way to go Cohen!

Tender moment Father and son hugging. They were both two happy boys!

 Me with my racer!
 Now Kenz with her brother!

She was so cute giving him kisses! Boy do they love eachother!
 On our way home!
