Yeah finally a new computer!

So can I just tell you all how terrible it is to not have a computer that works let alone without the internet.  I thought I was going to die with out how sad is that! Needless to say I am so excited to finally have the internet and a working computer and hopefully you guys are excited as well so you can know whats been going on.
First of all I need to share a story that happened quite awhile ago but it was so funny and kind of a priceless story to tell now that I look back on it. Me and Cohen were outside playing and I decided it was time for us to come inside, so I tear Cohen away from whatever he is playing outside to put him inside while I brought his buggy inside the garage. Well he is already mad at me for bringing him inside and he is just in there crying and trying to get back out. Then I go to walk inside the house and low and behold the door knob is locked and I can't get inside. I start stressing because all the other doors are locked and my purse is inside with my house keys. So me being the girl I am I start sobbing and of course freaking out and Cohen is inside crying too so I just feel awful. And it's not like you can tell an almost two year old to unlock the door and let me in. So I call Dallas just hysterical so he can barely understand what I'm trying to say and I tell him I don't care what you are doing you have to stop and come home now! I was so worried because Dallas works so much now and is so busy it's hard to get him home but in this case I could have cared less what he was doing he just better get home and let me back into my baby! Luckily right when I got off the phone with him one of his employees who happens to also live by us pulled into the driveway to drop something off for Dallas. So he saw me in the garage just bawling and he just so calmly pulled out a credit card swiped my door and opened it! I ran in and gave Cohen the biggest hug and needless to say he got as many cookies and treat as he wanted right then! I felt so bad that I got locked outside of my own house by my two year old! How does that happen. but I'm glad he was inside and not outside or anywhere else, so I will count my blessing! It's just funny how 2 minutes can literally be the longest two minutes of ones life!!!

Next one of the biggest things that has changed in our lives is that Dallas has partnered up with an old buddy from highschool and they have now started their own company called Insulation Specialists. As many of you have probably heard Rocky Mountain and Questar are giving people rebates for them to have more insulation installed into their attics so that homes will be more energy sufficient. Dallas used to work for another company and then decided that he wanted to branch out and try this on his own.  We were pretty nervous to start our own company since you hear how hard it is. But January 19 they went out knocking doors to set up appointments and then they followed back up with those appointments and sold them and then he followed back up with his truck and supplies to blow in the insulation! I am so very proud of both Dallas and Tim to just go out there one day and do it. They set their minds to it and they have really followed through! They also really work well together and balance eachother out very well which is definitely a plus.  Now there 2 man show has turned into a 40 man/woman show! They started with their office in Orem and then shortly after they have one up in Centerville and now they also have an office in Midvale.  Because of how fast this company has grown, Dallas has been putting in a million hours, and I'm kind of not exaggerating, he is literally always working, that being said, we decided it was time for me to quit Outback since he always got home late and it was just too hard to know when I need babysitters and so forth. So about a month ago I quit Outback Steakhouse which was actually pretty hard for me. I have been working with Outback Steakhouse for about 5 years, 2 down in St. George and then almost 3 up here in Orem. I had really became and Outbacker for life. I started out there as a hostess, busser, than Togo, and then I helped with their book keeping and was their admin. I finally made it up to a server which is a huge pay increase and was so fun. And then for the last couple of months I would help manage whenever they needed and extra manager. Needless to say Outback was almost a home away from home.  I have made great friends in both locations so me being the sappy me was sad to have to end that chapter in my life. So I quit and told them if they ever needed me to manage or serve to call me and if I could I would still love to work. I'm sad to say I haven't ever picked up any shifts, it's amazing how fast time goes by and I just kind of forget about working I guess.  I do need to say on my last day managing that Dallas and Cohen walked in with beautiful pink roses, which shocked me cause Dallas doesn't always do things like that so I was in 7th heaven, then to top it off Cohen was holding it and sniffing away at it, it was so cute! Than Dallas said it's time to give it to Mommy remember and Cohen wouldn't give it to me I thought it was so cute! So that in itself is kind of a recap of the big things that have taken place since I last was able to blog! So I apologize now because with this new computer I cannot figure out how to move the pictures to where I want them so my blog may be a little confusing and tell I mast blogging! More pictures to come soon though!
