Christmas Festivities and Kenzley's Birthday

We finally got our first snow fall of the year. The kids loved it especially since last year we didn't get any snow. Here they are out enjoying it.
Kenzley and her new neighbor friend Jack they were so cute just following each other around.

Here are our letters to Santa!

 Mailing them!
Dallas' step dad can get us on this train in Lindon where it's a little neighborhood that has a train ride go through their houses and you watch polar express while you wait then get on this cool little train and ride over to see Santa. You see Santa and he tells you a story about the meaning of the candy cane and sing silent night. Then you get back on the train and ride through all these gorgeous pictures of Jesus Christ's life while listening to Mary did you Know. It is such a cool experience. I hope we can continue to do it every year.

Next I always love to go to the festival of trees. It always gets me in the spirit of Christmas. I love the concept of it how it's all to charity and it's a fun event. However it was so busy that I couldn't even enjoy it this year, so I think from now on us girls will go without the husbands during the day when it hopefully wont be as busy. Which works out for Dallas because it isn't one of his favorite christmas activities. Here Cohen and Cayman are looking at the gingerbread houses.

This tree was pretty cool it was all made out of Mountain Dew cans and the garland was all the tabs on the pop cans you pop. I thought that was pretty creative.

 Kenzley loves Rudolph.

Cohen and Cayman with the upside down tree.
Kenz and Mickey and Minnie.

Our next activity we went to the zoo to see the zoo lights. It was pretty fun but freezing and you don't get to see many animals but the lights are amazing!
They got to write a letter to Santa

And then of course we got to see Santa and even Mrs. Claus so that was pretty cool and they sure were nice!

On to decorating our gingerbread house and the kids did a really good job!

Since Kenzley's birthday fell on a Sunday this year we decided to go to Kangaroo Zoo with a couple of her friends Saturday and she was in heaven. She loves jumping and playing there. Here she is hugging Camden saying thank you for the birthday present.

 Kenzley sure played hard.
 Here Dallas is racing Abby.

I love how you can barely even see her over the doll house!

All she wanted was a buzz cake for her birthday I'm glad I was able to find one!

Grandma Jackman came down to give Kenz her birthday present and she loved it!

Here she is playing with it!
