Dallas' party and fun

We finally got a big snowstorm that we have been waiting for. The other day we got almost 2 feet of snow and we had a blast. I wish I would have gotten pictures of us in the razor we took it out and had a ball. We got soaked and were doing doughnuts and I can't believe how much fun we had. But here are pictures of Cohen playing in the snow.

The other day we decided to use our passes and go to Trafalga, sadly the one in Lehi was closed so we went to the one in Orem and did some minature golf. It was Cohen's first time so he was having fun and didn't quite understand the concept but that's ok. Kenzley wanted so badly to crawl around so she probably didn't have as much fun. They also did some arcades and thought that was pretty cool.

I had to borrow all of Dallas' snow gear because I had none so that's why I look so big!

Dallas' birthday party. Thanks to everyone for coming we had alot of fun!

Happy 30th Birthday you old man

Happy Birthday to Dallas he is officially an old man. He is 30 years old no longer in his young twenties! I wanted to quickly do 30 things about Dallas along with some pictures that describes him so this may be a picture overload but I hope you enjoy learning more about Dallas!

1. Dallas’ first car was a 72 blazer which he restored and is pretty proud of. He loves to restore cars. Before
After

2. Dallas has owned about 20 cars he started with his 72 blazer, Toyota truck, a surburban, a Yukon, a 91 blazer, his 91 acura integra (that thing lasted forever) the infamous jeep, his black yota, a street bike, the Honda accord that I took over and now his dream truck just to name a few

3. Dallas loves rock crawling. From Moab to American Fork Canyon or with his jeep he would do anything he saw in Provo. He even did a little parade with his jeep through the branbury parking lot. Dallas also rode his dirtbike from Spanish Fork Canyon almost to Moab. It was quite the adventure. Dallas loves anything to do with rock crawling.

4. Dallas rode his dirtbike from Spanish Fork Canyon all the way down to pretty much Moab. Maybe next time they will make it!

5. Secretly Dallas is really good at crafts. He has helped me with a couple of mine and he is such a perfectionist at it. Which can intimidate me sometimes.

6. Pretty much anything Dallas does he is good at, from rock climbing to dirtbiking to drawing for the kids.

7. Dallas is quite the seamstress. I hate sewing but he has sewed a cover for our rocking chair. He also made his Woody costume from Toy story and his most recent was Mike Wasowski and Boo from Monsters INC

8. Dallas at one time in his life was a personal trainer which I always tease him that I don’t believe him since I have never once seen him exercise or really eat that healthy but he has an interest in it and has even thought about going to school for it.

9. Dallas loves his cereal he has to eat breakfast every single morning. I learned quickly after meeting him that I needed to start eating breakfast and he hates it if you chomp your food and eat with your mouth open so when we were first married I would always do that to bug him.

10. Dallas has beautiful eyes. He actually gets comments on them quite often and it’s a little weird when guys comment on them. People always say they are such a unique pretty brown.

11. Dallas loves music. He likes pretty much anything. I wasn’t much of a country fan until I met him but now I love country. I always thought it was funny how he would talk about a Kenney because he would refer to him like he was a friend but it was Kenney Chesney. He also loves loud annoying music like Breaking Benjamins and bands like that who just yell a lot.

12. Dallas started racing dirtbikes a couple years ago and he was really good at it. He would usually get the hole shot but then he would slowly fall behind. I always teased him that he was like Mike Alessi from super cross. It was a lot of fun to watch him race.

13. Dallas graduated in technology construction management

14. Dallas painted custom built homes for 10 years which explains his expensive tastes in homes. Hopefully someday we can buy the million dollar home he wants in Mapelton.

15. Dallas loves to have projects and he does them at the weirdest times. He did our garage floor on Halloween, painted a room on New years eve, he just redid our island right after Kenzley’s birthday. He is really talented and I am so glad he can do all that he does

16. Dallas served his mission in Hawaii! He had a great time of course and was very successful.

17. Dallas loves the to have gospel discussions which I love to listen to.

18. Dallas loves anywhere warm, He wants to move to Arizona or St. George super bad. Hopefully we can someday.

19. Dallas is known as the skinny cowboy at the Fairview Derby. A few years ago during the intermission when they played music he jumped down in the dirt and danced and did the worm. Then everyone else came out and danced with him. The first year I met him we did it and the past couple years we have missed it but the announcer has asked where the skinny cowboy is.

20. Dallas loves the sand dunes, we are there pretty much every weekend we get. The sand dunes were actually our first date.
21. Dallas absolutely loves racing all of his friends fourwheelers up the face of the mountain. The fastest he has ever gone is 83mph which is beyond insane. At least with him racing everyone elses fourwheelers it saves us money into building a fast fourwheeler

22. Dallas is amazing at solemn skiing. He likes to be pulled going 34 miles an hour when ever people come with us and see that they thing he is crazy. I guess he just has a need for speed in everything.

23. One thing I have always loved about Dallas is he is such a friendly welcoming person. As soon as you meet him he can always find something in common to talk about. He has so many different group of friends which it has been so fun to be a part of them all.

24. Dallas has pretty much weighed the same weight since highschool. He cannot gain weight no matter how hard he tries.

25. Dallas has skipped across water on his fourwheeler.

26. One of the first times we hung out we were walking through a house that was for sell when all of a sudden he was like I have to go now. He has abs really bad. I was confused and asked why and he had to go number two like right then so he was hurrying out. The house didn’t have any toilet paper. As soon as he locked up the house I said I have toilet paper in my 24 hour kit in the trunk of my car. Needless to say it was a life saver but he was pretty embarrassed and didn’t think he would see me again! I could tell you 30 stories of just him pooping but I was save you from hearing that.

27. In highschool Dallas was in the club future business leader of America. Which he eventually did start up his own business.

28. Dallas is such a little prankster. He has played many pranks on his friends such as the big huge fake spider, to wrapping and tying Brad up in a blanket and then tying him to a long board and pushing him around. One time while he was in a shower I just dropped a little cup of cold water on him nothing bad. Well following the next he came in while I was showering and dumped a huge bowl of cold water with ice in it and then fell on the shower curtain. He always has to out do you.

29. Dallas is an amazing Dad. He always said if he didn’t have a kid by time he was 30 he would adopt. Well now he has 2 and they are both Daddy kids.

30. Dallas is my best friend and the most perfect husband that I could have ever asked for. He kisses me every morning before he leaves for work even if I don’t remember since I’m usually asleep. He also has to check on the kids usually 2 or 3 times every night before he goes to sleep.

I am so extremely proud of my husband he has done so much for me our kids, friends, strangers, family. I look up to him in so many ways. He is a great example, leader, father. I love how adventurous he is and all the adventures we have been on. We didn’t date for too long but had already been to 5 states before we were married. He has opened my eyes to so many experiences and ways of living. I love how positive he is and that has definitely changed my life for the better. He always has such a positive attitude no matter what has just happened. He isn’t judgemental in any way. Gives everyone the benefit of the doubt. What can I say he is everything I have ever wanted and more. Dallas I love you more than you will ever know and I know you have had a great 30 years and I am so thankful to be apart of the next 30 years!
