Easter Weekend

Here is a picture of me at 28 weeks. I feel like I'm huge and she is definitely a mover! Constantly stretching out inside and always gets the hiccups! I was so hoping I would enjoy being pregnant and I still don't love it! I have been exhausted this pregnancy and it's so hard to get everything done but I sure am trying my best!
One day Kenz got sent to her room for throwing a fit. Awhile later it got super quiet and I opened the door and she had passed out right in front of her door! No wonder she was throwing a fit she needed a nap! She has stopped taking her naps which has been harder because she still needs them however if she does take a nap then she wont go to bed at all at night so it's hard either way but we still love her!
On a nice day I decided to do easter eggs. The kids had been begging to do them since I bought the dye however I didn't pick the best time because 10 to 15 minutes into it they were done and wanted to go back outside and play with all the neighborhood kids on our playground. I guess that's what happens when you try to do an indoor activity on one of the first nice days of the year!
So here I ended up doing the rest of the eggs by myself!

The next day we had a super busy day. We started off the day cleaning our church then as soon as we were done with that Dallas went off to the sand dunes since it's the busiest weekend of the year for the dunes and he wanted to watch people race. Me and the kids stayed home because we had better things to do! We started off with going to the chalk festival with my brother and his family in spanish fork. They have been a few years now and we have never been so I was excited to go. My kids were excited until we started making the walk up to the temple. As we were walking people were walking back down to their cars and some still had chalk so they would throw it on my kids. And being that my kids are babies sometimes they would start to cry and were just being onry pants! I was getting nervous thinking this was a bad idea and maybe we should just turn back around. So my kids were onry the whole way up but as soon as we got chalk and started throwing it they had the time of their lives. I loved watching Kenzley's face she would get this little evil look and she was having so much fun! I'm glad they ended up getting into it and having a blast! It was a lot of fun and can't wait till next year hopefully we can talk Dallas into going with us! We were so filthy afterwards but it was worth it!

As soon as we got home we were having a neighborhood easter egg hunt since our ward doesn't put one on. It works out great there are 6 houses where the kids can find eggs and they love it! We had to go to it looking filthy but ah well. My kids just looked like colored easter eggs!

As soon as the hunt was over Dallas finally made it home then we all had to bathe and shower and me and Dallas had to go to a wedding dinner in Salt Lake. It was one of Dallas' childhood friends who had gotten married. It was a lot of fun to go to dinner with his highschool friends and here them reminense. However I felt so out of place because they had all gone to highschool together and two of the couples were married and were highschool sweethearts, so I was the only one that did not go to highschool and I am 4-6 years younger then them. So when they were talking about stuff they did in '97 I'm just thinking to myself oh  I was still in elementary! It was funny! We had a really good time!
Then when we got home I had to get ready for the Easter Bunny to come and we are so glad he made it!
I had to wake up my kids that morning and here is Kenz all tucked in. She loves to be buried in her blankets. So many nights we go in there and you can't see her because she is so buried, which is funny because Cohen is the complete opposite, we always have to tuck him in.
We came out and the kids saw what the Easter bunny brought and searched for all the eggs!

After all that we headed to church!
Then after church we went up to my mom's house for Easter dinner and her egg hunt. We had a fabulous Easter weekend!

On the way home Kenz was eating a ring pop and she goes mom look at me and she had put the ring on her toe and was stucking on it! Silly gross girl!
