Bear Lake, Birthday and Derby!

We set off again to Bear Lake since it was so relaxing last time and decided to bring Dallas along this time! My dad and step mom and sister were also able to come. It was good to see them since we don't get to see them all too often. The kids were also so very excited. They loved going up there last time that they were pretty much counting down the days until we could go back and then Cohen wanted to stay there for 100 days silly boy! But they sure do love Bear Lake and they have a blast there!
Eating lunch and the hammoc is always a hit! Grandma rockinng them to sleep.
Cohen, Dallas and Grandpa playing frisbee. Cohen loves playing frisbee and is actually pretty good at it!
The water had actually gone down quite a bit just since the two weeks we had been up there and from my grandparents beach to the water you have to walk through some muck and Kenzley hated it she refused to walk through it.
Dallas took Kenzley for a ride on my uncles four wheeler and of course she fell asleep! Silly girl!

We brought the dirtbikes up because that's what we do. We are definitely the dirtbiking family. But also I think my dad wanted to secretly ride Dallas' dirtbike and it was alot of fun to watch those two race together! Cohen was loving life he sure does like riding his dirbike!

I was impressed that my dad could ride a dirtbike I have never seen him ride one and I thought he would wheelie it over but he didn't.

 Kenzie posing on her dirtbike.
Then Dallas had to show everyone up and do a wheelie down the lane.
Getting ready for bed. Then the adults would play lots of games and of course Dallas would always kick everyones butts but it sure was fun!
Kenzley made friends with a butterfly

Cohen and Uncle Steve caught a frog. Luckily he mostly stayed in the bucket
Grandpa carrying Kenz over the muck because she refused to walk through it and stood there and cried till someone would come get her.
Me and Kenz getting a tan

Kenz fell asleep on the boat with Grandpa
Then shortly after so did Cohen. Something about moving things puts my kids right to sleep.
Me and Dallas were able to take the jet skis out for a ride and we had so much fun. The water was pretty choppy but it was still alot of fun. I wish we could have gotten a picture of Dallas because he was just laying out on the jet ski relaxing. It was actually pretty comfortable.
 Grandpa tubing

Daddy and Kenzley tubing. She did pretty good but it was pretty choppy out there.

Kenz loved just sitting in the tube and going over the waves.
Cohen loved laying in the hammoc with grandpa
Dallas did a ton of playing corn hole but he didn't like me so much as his team mate because I'm not so good at the game and he traded me in for Grandma. She is much better than me.

Had to get our yearly family picture and I loved it! We had such a great time! Can't wait for next year! It is always one of the top highlights of our summer and definitely was the top hightlight this summer! Thanks all Grandmas and Grandpas for letting us stay up there and keeping us fed and full of fun!

Saying goodbyes is always hard to do.

We also had Coopers birthday party and it was so much fun to go up to. July always does such a great job at her kids parties. She decorates the house always darling and has fun little games and activities for the kids to do. Here they are making a pirate and Kenz loved it!

 My little pirates.

The other night we decided to take the kids to a demolition derby because they have never been and what can be more fun for kids than watching cars crash into eachother. Cohen absolutely loved it Kenz was pretty much done after an hour of it but it was fun to do something different! And we went with the Smiths which is always a good time!

 Love Christy in the background!
